Compensation Committee

The board has resolved to deal with remuneration matters within the board as a whole rather than appointing a specific remuneration committee.

The chairman of the board will lead this work and appropriate knowledge and experience of executive remuneration issues exists among the members of the committee.

 

The main tasks of the board shall in this respect be:

  • to prepare the board’s decisions on issues concerning principles for  remunerations and other terms of employment for the executive management, (including salary, bonus, pension terms, incentive programs etc.)

  • to monitor and evaluate programs for variable remuneration, both ongoing and those that have ended during the year, for the executive management, and

  • to monitor and evaluate the application of the guidelines for remuneration that the annual general meeting is legally obliged to establish, as well as the cur­rent remuneration structures and levels in the company.
