Precise Biometrics AB has currently one outstanding option program

Option program 2011/2014

The annual meeting of Precise Biometrics AB 2011 decided to launch an incentive program to management employees and key employees in the company. The program has duration of three years and runs until June 2014. The program includes a total of 7 100 000 warrants.

The warrant price was set at SEK 0,10 and the strike price at SEK 2,90. Each option entitles the holder to acquire 1 share in the company.

If all warrants are used in the 2011/2014 option program a dilution of 5,3 % of the shares and votes in the Company.

In August 2011 management and employees have subscribed for a total of 4 400 000 warrants.
